Carine - Larry Elmore763 viewsMy precious ! A private commissionned portrait of my wife, Carine, realized for my 30th birthday by Mr Elmore. pen and marker. Thank you so much Mr Elmore !!!
Here is the story : I contacted Larry Elmore because my wife wanted to offer me something special for my 30ies. Unfortunately, the drawings in my wish list were all long time sold. Mr Elmore then proposed me a private drawing. I suggested my wife's portrait. Here's the result, interpreted by Master Elmore ;-) Priceless !

Elf Amazon - Cédric Mnich609 viewsOil on canvas - 2007 - 13 x 18 in.
That painting was done after a Larry Elmore preliminary sketch for a never painted subject. This is my first painting. Not for sale but I might consider any serious offer :-) You can follow my beginner's progress and encourage me on http://cedricmnich.wordpress.com

Giant Strangling Foe - Jeff Easley - 1975210 viewsPost-card sized. Don't know what the illustration was used for. Jeff Easley himself could not remember.

Raistlin's Farewell - Keith Parkinson440 viewsTo this day, my only painting. Painted by regretted Keith Parkinson, I think circa 1985-1986. That painting was used to illustrate June 1987 Dragonlance Legends calendar. It was my poster calendar when a teenager (and I was born in June). Now the original is in my adult's home office :-) A child's dream come true in 2000. Not an easy one, because it's so dark and looks almost funeral (especially with its black satine and golden frame). Special thoughts for Keith's family. We'll miss a great artist.
